Is my information secure?
Your information is secure because we do not have access to all of it!
Our solution only analyzes the metadata of time metrics and the subject lines of emails.
Email body content and attachments are not readable via our terms of use and in accordance with Google Gmail & Workspace API usage. Elements like the time response metadata and subject line data are encrypted at rest.
Our users login directly via Google and our application is audited and approved by Google in accordance with their terms of use.

Will I notice a difference in my inbox functionality?
Not at all. The Team Cloud Suite app queries your Gmail's metadata with the Google Workspace API and it cannot alter any functionality.
